You can check road conditions here: https://tahoeweathercam.com/

What protection equipment should I wear?

Helmets are provided for guests on tour. If you bring your own helmet, it must be DOT approved. Ski/snowboard helmets cannot be worn. Bring goggles if you have them. If not, we do offer rentals. They are recommended most days.

What should I wear?

We suggest that you wear comfortable quick-dry layers. Layers are important, as it can get cold quickly while in the mountains. Try not to wear cotton as once wet it does not dry well.
